[Plan] My Hompage Update

I've been putting together a plan to improve and fix my homepage. For a while now, there have been some annoying issues lingering around the site that I kept meaning to address, but never quite found the time to sit down and actually fix. Some of these issues aren't strictly required features, but a handful of them are directly tied to usability — the kind of small friction points that quietly bother you every time you visit the site.

On top of that, I saw this as a great opportunity to get some hands-on experience with Cursor + Sonnet (Claude). I've mostly relied on ChatGPT and Gemini in the past, so I'm curious to see how this combo holds up in a real-world workflow. Here's the breakdown:

. Goal (Must Have): Fix the known problems I've been aware of for a while, and also dig deeper to find and fix any unknown issues hiding under the surface.

. Stretch Goal: Automatically clean up and remove inactive users to keep things tidy, and upgrade the editor by integrating a translator feature — something I've wanted to add for some time.

. Period: Roughly 1–2 weeks, depending on how complex things get along the way.

. How: By leveraging Cursor + Sonnet (Claude) as my primary development workflow throughout this project.

. Why: Two main reasons: first, to genuinely improve the usability of the site; and second, to get a feel for Cursor as a tool — since up until now, ChatGPT and Gemini have been my go-to options.

홈페이지를 개선하고 수정하기 위한 계획을 세웠다. 사실 꽤 오래전부터 사이트 곳곳에 신경 쓰이는 문제들이 있다는 걸 알고 있었는데, 매번 고쳐야지 하면서도 막상 시간을 내서 제대로 들여다본 적이 없었다. 일부 문제들은 꼭 필요한 기능은 아니지만, 그중 몇 가지는 사용성과 직결된 것들이다. 사이트를 방문할 때마다 은근히 불편함을 느끼게 만드는, 그런 작은 마찰 포인트들이다.

그리고 이번 기회를 Cursor + Sonnet (Claude) 를 직접 써볼 좋은 기회로도 삼고자 한다. 지금까지는 주로 ChatGPT와 Gemini를 사용해왔는데, 이 조합이 실제 개발 워크플로우에서 어떤 성능을 보여줄지 꽤 기대가 된다. 계획은 다음과 같다:

. 목표 (필수): 이미 알고 있던 문제들을 수정하고, 더 나아가 숨어 있는 미처 발견하지 못한 문제들까지 찾아내어 해결한다.

. 추가 목표: 비활성 사용자를 자동으로 정리하여 깔끔한 상태를 유지하고, 번역기 기능을 통합하여 에디터를 업그레이드한다. 번역 기능은 예전부터 추가하고 싶었던 기능이다.

. 기간: 작업의 복잡도에 따라 다르겠지만, 대략 1~2주를 목표로 한다.

. 방법: 이번 프로젝트 전반에 걸쳐 Cursor + Sonnet (Claude) 를 주요 개발 도구로 활용한다.

. 이유: 크게 두 가지다. 첫째는 사이트의 사용성을 실질적으로 개선하는 것, 둘째는 Cursor라는 도구를 직접 경험해보는 것이다. 지금까지 ChatGPT와 Gemini에만 익숙해져 있었기 때문에, 이번 기회에 새로운 도구를 제대로 체험해보려 한다.
